Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
Supervise and develop junior members of the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaise with Partners and Directors on audit strategy and delivery
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
Assist with projects and contribute to business development activities
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing audits and teams
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
