Key Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior members of the audit team
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Assisting with the development of audit processes and best practice

Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical audit knowledge and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
A proactive approach with a desire to develop professionally
