As Audit Partner (RI), you will have responsibility for overseeing a varied client portfolio, providing strategic advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Audit function, acting as Responsible Individual (RI)
Manage and develop a diverse client portfolio across a variety of sectors
Provide high-level strategic and technical advice to clients
Mentor and support the professional development of audit staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
Contribute to business development initiatives and firm-wide growth
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Proven track record in managing client relationships at Partner or Director level
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Commercially astute with the ability to drive growth
