Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
Act as Responsible Individual (RI) for statutory audits
Provide strategic input into the growth and development of the audit department
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Mentor, develop, and lead audit teams across the practice
Support business development and contribute to winning new audit work
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
RI status (or the ability to obtain RI status)
Proven experience operating at Partner or Senior Leadership level within audit
Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
