As the Audit Partner, you will work closely with fellow Partners and the senior leadership team to deliver first-class audit services, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an instrumental role in the continued growth of the firm. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy, influence, and professional support to help you excel in your career.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits in accordance with UK Auditing Standards

Support the development and mentoring of audit staff at all levels

Contribute to business development and networking activities

Drive improvements in audit quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction

Work collaboratively with other Partners to shape firm-wide strategy and growth

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Significant experience in a senior audit role, ideally at Director or Partner level

Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and regulatory standards

Excellent leadership and client relationship skills

Commercially aware with a proven track record of business development

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
