As Audit Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing the audit team, managing a diverse client portfolio, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. This position offers real scope to influence strategy, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Partners on high-quality audit engagements across a broad range of sectors.
Responsibilities
Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Coaching, mentoring, and developing audit team members
Supporting Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives
Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within audit
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
