Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with relevant standards
Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying areas for improvement and providing practical recommendations

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
