Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing a portfolio of audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
Identifying and communicating audit findings, risks, and recommendations to management
Assisting with the preparation of reports for partners and senior management
Contributing to the continued growth and development of the audit department
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
Proven ability to manage audit assignments and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
