Description

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Plymouth is seeking an experienced and driven Audit Senior to join their well-established team, and we are pleased to be supporting them in finding the right individual for this rewarding and varied role. The firm has a strong local reputation, a loyal and diverse client base, and a genuine commitment to the career development of the people within it, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the South West accountancy market to every search it undertakes, and this mandate is a good example of the kind of well-regarded firm and high-quality opportunity that Crowe Watson is consistently trusted to recruit for. The team’s approach is refreshingly straightforward: understand what the candidate genuinely wants, assess whether the opportunity truly delivers it, and only make introductions where there is a real and considered fit. Candidates who have worked with Crowe Watson consistently tell us that difference is felt from the very first conversation.

The firm works with a broad and well-established portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, and as Audit Senior you will take a central role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services across that portfolio, leading assignments from planning through to completion and playing an active part in the development of the junior members of the team. This is a practice where senior staff are given genuine autonomy and are trusted to manage their own workload and client relationships with confidence, and where the pathway to assistant manager level is clear, well-supported, and achievable for any candidate with the right attitude and ambition. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
