As Audit Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing audits from planning through to completion, liaising with clients, and supporting junior team members. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups. This role provides genuine scope for progression, making it an ideal move for someone eager to develop into a management position within a thriving practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing support and feedback
Liaise with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Review audit work to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Assist partners and managers with the management of client portfolios
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist) with strong technical audit knowledge
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage audit teams
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to progress your career
