A customer service champion, the Tyre Manager or Centre Manager will be able to deliver the very best customer experience both directly and through the actions of all of the team

The Tyre Centre Manager or Auto Centre Manager will have a mechanical background and experience of managing an effective team within the automotive or motor trade Service, Maintenance and Repair sector. Experience in a dealer, a vehicle fast fit tyre/brake/exhaust centre, or larger independent garage is of particular interest.
