Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients
Processing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
Preparing management accounts and financial reports to support client needs
Liaising with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
Supporting the wider accounts team with day-to-day financial administration tasks
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
AAT qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience
