Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services
Supporting the development and training of junior team members
Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns
Working closely with Partners and Managers to ensure client satisfaction
Assisting in business development activities and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
