Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied client portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of accounts and advisory work
Supervising and mentoring junior staff, supporting their development
Reviewing year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working with Partners to develop and grow the Business Services offering
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team
