Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Reviewing statutory accounts and providing high-level technical support
Leading and mentoring a team of junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting senior management with business development activities
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
