Key Responsibilities
Oversee a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality business services
Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives
Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accounting practices
Drive business development and client relationship management
Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of business and accounting matters
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
