As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, reviewing accounts and tax computations, and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Reviewing accounts, VAT, and tax returns prepared by junior staff
Providing technical support and guidance to the team
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
Supporting business development and process improvement initiatives

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively
