Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of business services clients and acting as their main point of contact
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior and senior team members
Reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
Supporting partners with workflow management and client relationships
Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients

Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and business services
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing clients and supporting team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
