Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery
Reviewing accounts, management information, and VAT returns prepared by the team
Providing strategic business advice and guidance to clients
Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven post-qualification experience
At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and business advisory work
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
