Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Business Services department
Oversee a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services
Support and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals
Drive internal efficiencies and service improvements
Collaborate with other Partners on strategic planning and business development
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant experience in a senior leadership role within practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
