Key Responsibilities
Preparation of accounts for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Assisting in the preparation of corporation tax computations and personal tax returns
Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns
Supporting senior team members with client assignments and ad hoc projects
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage to manage client data efficiently
Contributing to the smooth running of the business services department

Requirements
Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA) or actively studying towards a professional qualification
At least two years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Solid knowledge of accounts preparation for a variety of business structures
Experience with cloud-based accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for professional growth
