Description

An ambitious and motivated Business Services Semi Senior is sought by a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich, and this is a role that offers genuine variety, a supportive and experienced team, and a firm with a well-established reputation in the local market that takes the training and development of its people seriously, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment is a specialist accountancy recruiter that has built its reputation on the quality of the relationships it builds with both candidates and clients, and the East of England is a market the team knows well. Rather than simply filling vacancies, Crowe Watson takes the time to properly understand what each candidate is looking for and whether the opportunity in front of them is genuinely the right fit for their skills, their ambitions, and their longer term career goals. That investment in getting it right is what sets Crowe Watson apart.

As Business Services Semi Senior, you will work across a varied and interesting portfolio of clients, building on your existing accounts preparation experience and developing the technical and client-facing skills that will form the foundation of a successful long-term career in practice. Norwich has a diverse and thriving business community, and this firm’s client base reflects that well, offering exposure to a broad range of business types and sizes that will keep the work genuinely engaging and the learning curve consistently rewarding. For a part-qualified professional who is serious about their development and looking for a firm that will invest in them as much as they invest in their work, this is an opportunity well worth exploring. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
