Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leicester who are looking to add a Business Services Semi Senior to their growing team. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is currently studying or has recently completed their AAT or ACCA and is keen to further their career within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will gain exposure to a varied and interesting workload, including accounts preparation, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Completing VAT returns and management accounts
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks and general client queries
Supporting more senior team members and working closely with clients
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to deadline

Requirements
AAT qualified and/or studying towards ACCA/ACA
At least 1.5 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive attitude to learning and progression
