Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Supporting junior staff, including mentoring and reviewing their work
Assisting with tax compliance and advisory work
Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
