Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance and support
Assisting with tax compliance and liaising with HMRC where necessary
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting managers and partners with ad hoc projects
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
