Hotel Spa Receptionist - London

We are excited to be working this Central London Spa hotel.

This oasis of tranquillity in central London boasts a 25m swimming pool with infinity edge spa pool, fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room. Guests can discover the true meaning of a Spa Break in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the Spa which offers an indulgent range of treatments by award winning cult French beauty brand Caudalie.

Open to hotel and day guests the treatments on offer here include massage, facials and body treatments.

We are looking for receptionists who are experienced in providing excellent customer care, maintaining fantastic guest journeys, handling face to face and telephone enquiries and bookings.

We have temporary Spa Therapist positions available too.

Requirements:
*Must be familiar with Premier Software
*Ability to look after guests for all enquiries throughout the day
*Able to adapt and multitask without lacking customer service journey
*Minimum experience of 1 year within a similar role
*Knowledge of all treatments and what it entails

Package:
*Weekly pay
*Flexibility with shifts to work around your commitments
*If spa therapist through qualification, chance to create a dual role and split hours across the two roles
*Ongoing hours
*Change of a temporary to permanent role
