Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the key point of contact and overseeing the delivery of a full range of accountancy services
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships whilst identifying opportunities to develop and grow the portfolio
Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional development
Liaising with partners and senior leadership to ensure client expectations are met and service delivery remains consistently high
Preparation and review of year-end accounts, management accounts, and associated correspondence for a varied client base

Requirements:

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a solid technical grounding in accountancy and tax
Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships at a senior level
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for client service
