As Corporate Tax Associate Director, you will play a key role in the growth and strategic direction of the tax team, working closely with Partners and other senior staff. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and rewarding role with a strong focus on advisory work, as well as the opportunity to develop and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients

Leading on complex advisory projects including restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning

Reviewing compliance work prepared by the team and providing technical guidance

Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth

Mentoring and developing junior staff

Requirements:

ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong background in corporate tax advisory and compliance

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Ambitious with a desire to progress to Director or Partner level
