As a Corporate Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s tax offering, leading complex advisory projects, and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing high-level strategic tax advice while mentoring and developing a talented team. This is a client-facing role where your expertise will directly influence business decisions and long-term tax planning strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of sectors
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
Oversee compliance processes and ensure technical accuracy
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development
Work closely with Partners on business development and growth initiatives
Requirements
ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in Corporate Tax within practice
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
