As a Corporate Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the corporate tax function, advising a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients. You’ll work closely with Partners to drive strategic initiatives, oversee complex advisory work, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, compliant service. Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Corporate Tax service line, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory work
Act as a trusted adviser to clients on complex corporate tax matters
Support Partners with strategic planning, business development, and client acquisition
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate tax team
Ensure technical excellence and compliance with UK tax legislation
Requirements
ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
At least seven years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience operating at a senior level within corporate tax
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
Excellent leadership, client management, and commercial skills
