As Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing the firm’s corporate tax function, advising a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality technical advice, and supporting junior team members in their development. Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services

Lead and mentor junior staff, supporting their development and technical growth

Provide expert advice on complex corporate tax issues, including restructuring, R&D, and international tax matters

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value

Collaborate with partners and other service lines to ensure the highest level of client service

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in corporate tax

Excellent technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance

Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing staff

Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines effectively

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
