Our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds, is searching for an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing tax team. You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to larger groups, while supervising and developing a talented team of tax professionals. Working closely with partners and directors, you will deliver high quality corporate tax compliance and advisory work, build strong client relationships, and play a genuine part in shaping the future of the department.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including compliance and advisory work
Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by the team
Advise on tax planning, reorganisations and transactions
Supervise, coach and develop junior members of the tax team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified (or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
Proven experience managing and reviewing the work of others
Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
