The successful candidate will join a well-established and dynamic tax team, managing a varied portfolio of corporate clients across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for both compliance and advisory work, working closely with Partners and other senior staff on complex assignments. The role offers significant scope for career development and client interaction, as well as the chance to mentor and support junior members of the team.
The ideal applicant will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) and have strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met
Review corporate tax computations and returns
Provide tax planning advice and support to a broad range of clients
Assist with HMRC enquiries and correspondence
Support and mentor junior staff
Work closely with Partners and senior team members on complex tax issues
Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of tax clients
