As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing strategic tax advice and leading key projects. Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will contribute to business development initiatives while ensuring the delivery of first-class service. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a broad portfolio of corporate tax clients, including large and complex groups
Deliver high-quality advisory work, including restructuring, international tax, and transactional planning
Review complex tax computations and returns, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development
Collaborate with Partners on business development and strategic planning
Oversee workflow, budgeting, and client relationship management
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally including advisory-focused work
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly
Proven leadership and client management skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continued professional development
