The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, leading on complex advisory projects, managing a portfolio of corporate clients, and mentoring junior members of the team. You will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the corporate tax function, with opportunities to shape strategy and influence key decisions. This is a client-facing role, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients
Lead on complex advisory assignments including restructures, M&A, and international tax matters
Support Partners with business development and client relationship management
Oversee and review compliance work prepared by the wider team
Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their development
Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry developments
Requirements:
ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant corporate tax experience at Manager/Senior Manager level
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to advise on complex tax issues
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage and develop team members
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
