Master Vehicle Technician
Location: Salford
Salary: up to £46,000 basic per annum plus bonus and overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm on rota

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Salford area. My client is one of the largest and most trusted automotive retailers in the UK. They have a large team working across all areas of the business. The roles vary from dealership to head office.

Master Technician role:
• Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
• You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Advising another technician on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
• You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
• The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.
Master Technician requirement:
• Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
• MOT licence desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
