Multi Trader

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Multi Trader, you will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties. You should be confident working across multiple trades while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

-Carry out a range of general building maintenance and repairs.
-Undertake work including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and other associated trades.
-Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
-Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
-Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and colleagues.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.


Essential Requirements

-Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
-Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role.
-Good understanding of all aspects of a Multi Trader's responsibilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Full UK driving licence (preferred).
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
