MET Technician / Panel Beater - Night Shifts
Location: Glasgow
Salary: OTE up to £79,500 per annum
Working hours: 4 nights on 3 days off

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified MET Technician / Panel Beater in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater / MET Technician to join a company that values quality workmanship and invests in its people. Role Overview - MET Technician / Panel Beater
• Mechanical, Electrical, Trim and body work on allocated Jobs, Panel replacement and Re-alignment to manufacturer gapping and specification
• Vehicle diagnostics, fault clearing and fault finding, Removing, refitting radiators and air conditioning repair and Re-gas
• Panel Straightening and Filling
• Suspension components replacement, repairs and wheel alignment
• ADAS calibration (training will be provided)
• To identify additional repair work and liaise with the VDA.
• Recognising and documenting additional work required
• Using a variety of different tools to complete the job to a high standard – jog work, welding, and smart repair
Requirements - MET Technician / Panel Beater
• Qualification in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent
• Proven experience in panel beating and MET work, candidates with 5 years' experience in a similar role will be of particular interest.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
