Panel Technician
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician for our client’s site in the Glasgow area. My client is one of the largest repair groups in the UK. This is a superb opportunity for a Panel Technician to join their team and achieve fantastic career growth and a competitive salary.

Panel Technician role:
• Your remit as a panel technician will be to repair or replace panels of damaged vehicles. It will be done to an extremely high standard and adhere to the manufacturer’s standards.
• You will be dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles, ensuring that final quality checks meet applicable standards.
• You will be keeping accurate records of all works carried out.
Panel Technician Requirements:
• Experience within the Bodyshop as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / MET
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or ATA qualification would be ideal but not essential.
• Excellent technical and medical skills.
• Welding certificate essential
• Experience required in all aspects of body repairs including miracle pull system, replacement of welded and bolt-on panels, and fit replacement panels.
