As Private Client Tax Director, you will take a lead role in delivering first-class tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses. You will be responsible for driving growth within the Private Client division, mentoring and developing junior staff, and ensuring the highest levels of client service. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Private Client Tax team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert tax planning and advisory support
Drive business development initiatives to grow the Private Client division
Oversee and mentor junior members of staff, encouraging professional growth and progression
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards
Requirements
ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification
Proven track record at Senior Manager or Director level within Private Client Tax
Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide strategic advice to a wide range of clients
Excellent leadership and client relationship management skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
