The successful candidate will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, trusts, and business owners, providing technical excellence alongside commercially astute advice. You will play a key role in developing the firm's private client tax offering, mentoring junior members of the team, and building strong relationships with clients and introducers alike. This is a role for someone who enjoys both the technical depth of private client tax work and the challenge of shaping a team's future direction.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of private client tax matters, including high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates
Provide strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning
Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the private client tax team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional connections
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's private client tax service line
Requirements:
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant private client tax experience
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation relevant to private clients
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
