An established Legal practice based in Stoke on Trent is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.
The Role:
You will be handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
Matters will include Purchase, Transfer, Sale and Re Mortgage transactions.
You will be working with Solicitors, individuals, estate agents and mortgage providers.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be ambitious and highly motivated.
You will have previous experience of dealing with a Residential Conveyancing case load with minimum supervision.
You will be able to work individually as well as part of at team and able to delegate work to Paralegals and assistants.
You will be able to network and build strong relationships.
