Roadside Technician
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: up to £35,000 basic per annum, plus bonus and overtime, company van, OTE from £43,000 £53,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Saturdays on a rota

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Technician to join our client’s main site in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to resolve complex issues. A passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality service is essential.

Role Overview - Roadside Technician
• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements - Roadside Technician
• NVQ Level 2 equivalent or higher
• Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
