Roller Dumper Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Dumper Operator to join our growing team on a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate a roller dumper safely and efficiently on site.
-Transport materials across site while following site traffic management plans.
-Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of the machine.
-Work closely with site supervisors and other operatives to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
-Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
-Report any defects, hazards, or incidents promptly.

Essential Requirements:

-Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Dumper ticket (must be in date).
-Previous experience operating a roller dumper on construction sites.
-Good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a roller dumper operator.
-Knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.

Desirable:

-CSCS Card.
-PPE.
-Own transport.
-Experience working on civil engineering or groundworks projects.
