Location: Hinckley
Salary: up to £35,000 basic per annum DEO, OTE £50,000
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm

My client is recruiting a Sales Manager for their Motor Vehicle Dealership in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Sales Manager looking to progress and working for an excellent company.
Sales Manager duties:
• You will be overseeing a busy sales department overseeing the team of Sales Executives, Business Manager and Administration whilst reporting directly to the General Manager.
• You will be managing to the team to deliver the process and work closely with the customers looking to purchase a car.
• Making sure all dealership and manufacturers standards.
• Working to and exceeding targets on unit sales and additional products.
• Coaching and developing the team.
Sales Manager requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager / General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership
• Proven track record of success
• Full UK driving licence
• Driven and passionate individual
