Senior Service Advisor
Location: Newbury
Salary: up to £33,600 basic per annum, OTE £40,600
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm , 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm

Senior Service Advisor role:
• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
Senior Service Advisor requirements:
• Previous experience as Senior Service Advisor, we’ll be considering Service Advisor with steady work history
• Full UK driving license
• Main dealership experience would be advantageous but not essential
