Service & Warranty Supervisor - Perrys Vauxhall Huddersfield

Service & Warranty Supervisor role:
• Supervise and coordinate daily service department activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
• Process and manage warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring timely submissions and accurate documentation

• Lead and support a team of service advisors and technicians
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, warranty claims, and departmental KPIs to senior management
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a service or warranty supervisory role within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Familiarity with dealer management systems and warranty processing software
