We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Spa Assistant to join the team at a prestigious luxury spa in the East Grinstead area. This award-winning 5-star spa is renowned for its outstanding facilities, including hydrotherapy pools, thermal experiences, relaxation lounges, and beautifully designed treatment rooms — all crafted to create a serene escape for guests.
The Role
*Working under the guidance of an experienced Head Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the spa’s exceptional standards. Your responsibilities will include:
*Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness across all spa areas, including changing rooms, saunas, steam rooms, poolside, treatment rooms, lounges, and outdoor facilities.
*Replenishing guest towels, amenities, and supplies throughout the day.
*Managing spa laundry processes efficiently.
*Following daily cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene and presentation.
*Reporting any maintenance issues promptly to the onsite team.
This role is perfect for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an immaculate and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
*A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
*Enthusiasm for cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
*Methodical and reliable in following routines.
Flexibility to work upto full-time, including weekends, on a rota basis. This is a temporary role but has the potenital to change into a permanent contract for the right candidate.
