Experienced Steel Fixer Required

We are currently seeking an Experienced Steel Fixer to join our team on a busy construction project.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Steel Fixer on commercial, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
-Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Full CSCS Card) – essential.
-Ability to read and interpret reinforcement drawings and schedules.
-Competent in cutting, bending, positioning, and fixing steel reinforcement.
-Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
-Own PPE and tools preferred.

Responsibilities:

-Installing and securing steel reinforcement bars and mesh.
-Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
-Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
-Working safely in confined spaces when required.
-Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
