Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum, DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
• You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing and pre-screening candidates
• Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers and supporting the candidates through the offer and onboarding process across a multitude of sites
• You will be required to build strong relationships internally and externally with agencies and job boards to acknowledge skills gaps and work seamlessly to recruit all vacancies whilst working in a cost effective and timely manner
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
• You must have 1+ years recruitment experience either as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal recruiter or agency recruitment experience
• Automotive/ Sales & Technical recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational skills & resilience is needed
